The condo is located in a 75 unit building with private secure parking for one car in the upstairs garage and unrestricted, ground level surface parking.
the master bedroom has a king size bed and attached bathroom The second bedroom features two queen beds and attached bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen beds and attached bathroom. The new kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig, blender, dishware, utensils and cookware. The pantry includes a wine chiller. The large living room has a large comfortable sofa and provides a relaxing TV area or a place to just sit back and watch the waves.
